He's published books and backed his statements up with verifiable facts, documents, patents, and other material. He pre-dated Aaron Alexis and has been blowing the whistle for over a decade. Congress, the President, and law enforcement are complicit in its' operation and refuse to shut it down or investigate its' abuse, because they already know its' being abused. When Aaron came into the game he was a 34 year old successful male with computer science degree to boot and secret clearance, working at the Navy Ship Yard in Washington DC. He like many others, were aware of secret Navy weapons systems during an episode when he was targeted by the system. He experienced directed energy assaults, vibrations of his body, pain, sound projections, and other disturbances which can be caused by directed energy. He sought help for over three months turned down by numerous agencies for assistance with directed energy assaults. You ask, how could they target Aaron Alexis for 3+ months whereever he went? Because the weapon is installed in space and on sea and ground based over the horizon transmission systems, so it can hit any subatomic molecule it wants with signals intelligence anywhere on earths surface. The system actually works as both a weapon and surveillance platform, allowing holographic scans of our homes, effects, and body/brain to be taken even as one travels in air craft or in a car, or goes inside a tall thick building structure. The type of scans they do are MRI like, of all the innards of the targeted area are recorded taking many snapshots per second like video, and much intelligence is gathered. The energy waves used in the active scans also can carry a variety of effects to the target to heat, chill, vibrate, create light energy and other signals, and alter biological function, organ fucntion, and nerve functions. The supply is limitless. The amount of victims is limitless. But because everyone is so poor and the government so corrupt and willing to kill and abuse, no one ever gets prosecuted. The FBI deployed psychological warfare through the media to frame Aaron Alexis to look psychotic and delusional, covering up all his symptoms and reports as mere mental health problems. However at the age of 34 after going to college and working and training as hard as he did, and executing the attack as well as he did, it would seem unlikely he was suffering mental illness but instead was actually oriented in space and time as he was irradiated and tortured. The FBI refused to conduct proper forensic investigation because they already know he was a victim, and the Navy is still out there with their weapon attacking people today because of it. For the record, the FBI relies on this black world weapon to spy on and assault people in very secretive ways, so there's no chance of anyone incriminating themselves or going against its' operation. The government was quick to pin the blame on Aaron Alexis and everyone but themselves, and the Navy didn't have to answer for it's use of weapons technology on people. They also blamed US Investigative Services the company who background checked Aaron Alexis, claiming USIS performed a faulty background check. But guess what? A secret USIS employee has come forward to me and told me USIS/the US Department of Justice game players are lying about the weapons that were used on Aaron Alexis and others, as they suppressed from the public record, judges, and media involved their knowledge of the weapons tech being real. According to my insider at USIS, USIS possesses classified documents on the weapons that I and other targeted individuals are complaining about.. Guess USIS isn't so negligent after all, and the US DOJ isn't so shocked by USIS's background check process as they claim, they're just covering up the fact that everyone knows this is all real knowing it will be more damaging to admit any of this. Oh wait, no one wants to go to jail for developing it, using it, or for engaging in the cover ups! So I guess USIS, the Navy, FBI, and US DOJ will keep playing their games. Currently there's a ton of frivolous lawsuits being filed by the 12 families that had loved ones executed at the Navy Ship Yard, claiming everyone was neligent for preventing it and that he was mentally unstable or he had a past littered with proof of his problems allegedly proving everyone should have done something different that would have prevented the situation from happening. Not a single family is acknowledging that Aaron Alexis was a victim who the Navy was brutalizing in secret with their radiation weapons in their claims. Not a single one even hints that their family and the Navy caused this entire problem to happen and that the weapons have been misused for decades (showing no one wanted to prevent it from happening, and that it was quite deliberate), nor do they mention that Aaron Alexis might have had the right to self defense by killing his perpetrators at the Navy Yard. At least one of the first lawsuits filed in 2014, the judge agreed that Aaron Alexis knew who his attackers were and had motives for the attack, but from what I can tell the attorney in the case is looking to throw Aaron Alexis under the bus and paint the Navy to look humane and simply negligent for allowing Aaron to continue working for them, a blantant lie. Because of all the psychological warfare and coverups which leads to pure public delusion on the matter, the Wikipedia page on the shooting is very one sided and flawed. Take a look for yourself. Not a single person there has evidence that Aaron Alexis isn't a victim, but they omitted all information about him even possibly being one despite it being his chief complaint prior to the shooting.
